What is a notary?

A notary public verifies signatures and helps prevent fraud. We said we want to protect your legacies and build strong foundations, we really mean that.

Do you offer remote notary?

Yes, we provide remote notarization services. The remote fee starts at $30 for the original document. Additional fees for additional documents, signers, etc may apply.

Who can use your notary services?

Our services support women in both personal and business matters needing document notarization.

Are your services Maryland-specific?

Yes and no. We are based in Maryland and authorized to notarize documents for Maryland. Unless the service is remote in which case we can notarize documents from any location.

How do I schedule a notary?

Contact us directly to arrange a convenient time for your notarization. You can also submit an order inquiry via the form and we will contact you with a quote.

The state fee is $8, plus additional fees ($4 per additional copy) Travel fees: Mileage plus $5.

$2 per photocopy

$6 for certifying record copy from notary journal.

Additional fees and packaging for additional services such as document handling and preparation, witness sourcing, administrative fees, may apply.
